Absolutely, our service is available Australia wide. If you are in regional Australia, we provide you a toll free access number to use our service.

4: Do I have to pay upfront or buy credits?

No, you do not have to pay anything upfront or buy any credits to use the service. Once you signup you can start using the service. You will receive an invoice on the first week of every new month.

5: Can I have step by step guide on how to make calls using baghChal service?

Yes sure, once you signup, you will be provided with an access number. Please follow the steps below to make call:
1. Dial the access number
2. You will hear a voice prompt "Please enter your destination number followed by a pound sign"
    you must listen to the voice prompt completely then.
3. dial your destination number starting with
    0011 + country-code + area-code + phone-number + # format
    (eg: to call kathmandu landline (4434567) dial: 0011 977 1 4434567 #

6: How do I get charged?

You will receive a monthly invoice at the beginning of every new month, it will include all the call details and charges.

7: What are the payment methods?

You can use any of the following methods to make payment:
a. Net-Transfer
b. Telephone banking
c. BPay
d. Cash-deposit at any Commonwealth Bank branch
e. Post a Cheque or Money Order.
f. Details regarding the payment methods are included on the first page of the invoice.

Yes sure, we do support service on mobile phones, however, please be advised since you need to call our access number to use our service, your mobile service provider may charge you for calling our access number (which is a Sydney landline number).
